Tashakorian joined Marcus & Millichap in 2002. Since joining the firm, he has personally evaluated more than three billion dollars in assets. Ben has over 180 career closings, surpassing $600 million in sales and over 4.7 million square feet of commercial space in 19 different states.Some of Ben’s more notable career sales include closing the 2nd largest transaction in San Diego for all of 2012, as well as setting the county record for price per square foot in a separate sale. In 2014 Ben had his most successful year to date, which included closing 190,000 square feet of a corporate headquarters. In 2015 Ben was appointed to Institutional Property Advisors, an exclusive division of Marcus & Millichap. In Ben’s most recent three years with the firm, he has evaluated more than 75 properties worth nearly $300 million in value and over 2.6 million square feet of space. Ben currently leads a team of seven Investment Associates, covering the local San Diego, as well as nationwide, office and industrial markets.
